  1. What is the shipping cost?

    The price on the store includes delivery to your front door.
    Once you've placed your order they're no additional delivery costs for you to get your hands on your order.

  2. Can I have my order delivered to my work address?

    Yes, during payment you will be given the option to specify your order be delivered to a different address to your billing address.

  3. How long will my order take to be delivered?

    We aim to get your order into your hands as quick as we can, most orders are delivered within 5 days.
    If you're concerned about delivery of an order you've placed, please email customer support including:

  4. I've been left a delivery card as I was out when they tried to deliver my order, what should I do?

    Follow the instructions on the card to re-arrange for the shipping company to deliver to you again.

  5. Which shipping company is delivering my order to my front door?

    We use a mixture of companies (DHL, UPS, Fedex & Royal Mail) to ship orders to our customers.
    We ourselves book, manage and track all our customer shipments ensuring our customers orders arrive on time.
