  1. What is the policy for returning items purchased?

    You have a period of 14 working days from the day after you received your order in which you may cancel the order and return the order to us for a refund bearing in mind the below:
    - The item must be returned compete and in a re-saleable condition.
    - We are unable to accept returns for perishable items such as food and drinks.
    - For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns for underwear.

  2. How do I return an order?

    To return an order send an email to customer support including the following information:
    - Your Invoice Number.
    - The reason you would like to return the order.
    - Your mobile telephone contact number.

    We will then reply within 24 working hours with full instructions of how to return the item.

  3. When returning an order how is my payment refunded?

    When your order has physically arrived back into our possession a refund will then be processed.
    The original card you made payment with will be credited within 14 days.

  4. It's been 14 days and the refund to my card has not arrived, what shall I do?

    Please email customer support immediately who will look into your payment refund.
